Chris displays the "Jere" belt made famous by none other than Jeremiah himself and his belt-fashioning abilities
Notes:
- Rain, rain, rain.
- Chris to Poocham AM to finish prep for landlord review, Cass chores at yurt, regroup/assess weather upon return
- Rain stopped and sky seemed much clearer, got prepped and did footing work. Worked later than scheduled to get third footing done.
- Rare relax n watch Simpsons. Shouldn't have watched third episode though... Got to bed too late by time we had coordinated and such afterwards.
202.02 Prep for Tom
- time: 5.5 hrs
- done...it even looks like we still live there
213.01 Footings
- time: 3 hrs
- C&C set 3 more footings of 4' depth and used new bug hats to ward off evil man-and-woman eating bugs
- Chris saved two toads that had gotten trapped in footing holes
213.01 Attach posts & beams
- time: 15 min
- Chris hacks 45 degree joist hangers in half for use with angled deck beam. Discovers ants nesting in Jabba (the hut) while searching for said hangers. Grrrrrr....
213.04Attach Decking
- time: 15 min
- Chris checks out proposed board layouts Cass had done earlier in week.
Chris carries another bag of cement (Note that his pants are staying up thanks to the aforementioned belt!)
