Notes

  • Still drizzling a bit, another humid and cold day. But, not raining enough to call off sitework
  • Lunch in yurt w/bad 80's song singing
  • Access to MLA via driveway and Woody Way OK for Cass w/mask
  • She is OK for footing tools, and is shown which to do, and procedures for doing. Might not be good idea for lymphatics w/all the leaning over. But footings progress is really important.
  • After dinner, lots of good planning
  • Decide to skip transport of all Poocham materials for now. Will move flooring to bedroom for protection/storage, and then finish cleanup

  • prep for bringing materials from house
  • marked out platform location at turnaround area.
  • unloaded platform sections from Vermoose. Yuck! The section on bottom of stack was in a puddle in the truck bed
  • time: 1.5 hr 213.01 Footings
    • put up beams on angled section of deck so footings underneath could be marked
    • marked some near-surface footings for drilling
    • Cassandra learned the footing hole prep method and dug her first hole
    • time: 5 hrs
    303.00 Erosion control
    • time: 30 min
    • moved a bunch of logs and rotted stumpss near Utility shed
    213.27 WC Platform: shape ground for drainage/ lay gravel/stone over site
    • more digging ditch for corex while waiting for fire/boiling water
    • time: 0.25hr
